摘要: | 傳統造紙產業多為勞力密集生產模式,由於生產過程中缺乏智能化與自動化,而導致生產效率低下及錯誤率高等問題。此外,造紙的生產成本容易受到原材料、勞動力和能源等價格波動,及環保、安全等方面的成本顧慮,因此傳統造紙行業如何有效地進行資源配置、產業鏈整合,並能夠找尋到造紙相關的研發與創新,以提高生產效能和降低成本,是目前傳統產業所面臨到的難題。 本研究以目前轉型成智慧燈塔工廠的Y公司為例,深入探討自動化、訊息化和智能化燈塔工廠的概念,為傳統產業的管理者和政策制定者提供有價值的洞察,讓各傳統產業能夠透過此論文進行內部與外部的整合,並透過數據收集與分析,以引導其在數位化時代的發展方向,並促進傳統產業的數位化轉型,並優化工作流程,創造品質更好的產品或降低成本,以應對相應的挑戰。 在完成整個智能化工廠後,不但能夠降低原料成本、人力成本、汙染與錯誤率等,同時還能夠自行研發新的產品,加速整個造紙的製作,提升造紙品質,增加額外收入,並透過降低汙染與原料,履行環保的企業責任。;The traditional papermaking industry is mostly labor-intensive production model. This thesis takes Company Y, which is currently transforming into a smart lighthouse factory, as an example to deeply explore the concepts of automation, informatization and intelligent lighthouse factories, providing valuable insights for managers and policymakers of traditional industries, so that traditional industries can Through this paper, we conduct internal and external integration, and use data collection and analysis to guide its development direction in the digital era, promote the digital transformation of traditional industries, optimize work processes, and create better quality products.
