    Abstract: 多租戶架構已經廣泛應用於各類智慧應用中,包括智慧醫療、智慧城市、智能製造等領域。在這些應用中,資訊安全管理成為了重中之重。針對不同租戶的資料隔離、訪問控制和隱私保護措施不斷完善,以確保在多租戶環境下的資料安全和合規性。
    本研究開發了一個智慧醫療平台,旨在利用多種虛擬實境裝置和感測器收集病人的生理特徵,並為醫療專業人員提供準確的生理資料,以幫助他們進行更有效的診斷和治療規劃。利用網際網路技術,實現遠端診斷、遠端手術和遠端監護,提升醫療服務的覆蓋範圍和便捷性。平台的電子處方系統,允許醫護人員從多個療程中選擇和組合,根據患者具體情況制定個性化的治療方案。每個療程都設計了一系列可設定的參數,如語言、難度、療程模式和使用的感測器,以更好地滿足患者的需求。這些裝置和感測器能夠提供包括頭動、眼動、運動範圍、心率、肌肉活動等重要指標的精確生理資料。
    然而為了將本系統於醫療機構實行,必須考量有良好的資料安全管理,因此多租戶架構在此平台中扮演了關鍵角色,實現資料隔離、訪問控制和隱私保護,確保各租戶的資料的隔離性和安全性。達到可以輕松擴展以支持更多租戶,滿足不斷增長的需求。不同租戶可以有不同的配置和定制化功能,滿足其特定需求,使醫療機構的協作更加容易。
    ;The multi-tenant architecture has been widely applied in various smart applications, including smart healthcare, smart cities, intelligent manufacturing and other fields. In these applications, information security management has become a top priority. Measures for data isolation, access control, and privacy protection for different tenants are continuously being improved to ensure data security and compliance in a multi-tenant environment.
    This study developed a smart healthcare platform aimed at collecting patients′ physiological characteristics using various virtual reality devices and sensors, providing accurate physiological data to medical professionals to aid in more effective diagnosis and treatment planning. Utilizing internet technology, the platform enables remote diagnosis, remote surgery, and remote monitoring, enhancing the coverage and convenience of medical services. The platform′s electronic prescription system allows healthcare providers to select and combine treatments from multiple options to create personalized treatment plans based on the specific conditions of patients. Each treatment plan is designed with a series of configurable parameters such as language, difficulty, treatment mode, and sensors used, to better meet patients′ needs. These devices and sensors can provide precise physiological data, including important indicators like head movement, eye movement, range of motion, heart rate, and muscle activity.
    However, for this system to be implemented in medical institutions, robust data security management must be considered. The multi-tenant architecture plays a crucial role in this platform by achieving data isolation, access control, and privacy protection, ensuring the isolation and security of data for each tenant. This architecture allows for easy scalability to support more tenants, meeting the growing demand. Different tenants can have different configurations and customization features to meet their specific needs, making collaboration between medical institutions easier.
