    Abstract: 營建工程大多使用時程網圖做為時程管控的主要工具,時程網圖亦是做為工程爭議重要的依據。然而目前許多專案人員缺乏時程管理相關知識,更不知如何正確使用專業排程軟體。國內目前有關時程管理規範及研究,多以如何檢視已建立完成的時程網圖為對象,鮮少探討承包商建立時程網圖過程可能所遇問題。換句話說,承包商並沒有正確建立時程網圖之參考依據,提送的時程網圖多半有問題,導致無法發揮其時程管理之效益。本研究透過彙整分析實務上建立時程網圖之資訊以及使用專業排程軟體之現況,開發時程網圖的規劃輔助系統,提供承包商規劃時程網圖之參考資訊。此外,本研究亦透過彙整既有研究針對審查時程網圖相關建議,以及排程軟體所具備的功能,做為檢核時程網圖的依據,並建立自動化檢核時程網圖系統,協助承包商初步了解時程網圖之完整性、正確性以及可行性,可先進行適當地修正,進而減少縮短送審之次數。檢核系統也可提供機關等審查人員做為檢核時程網圖之工具,提升工作效率,降低人工出錯率。期望透過本研究建立之輔助系統提升國內時程網圖之水準。;In the construction industry, a schedule network is the primary tool for schedule control and a key element for resolving project schedule disputes. However, many project personnel lack expertise in schedule management and struggle to utilize professional scheduling software effectively. Existing domestic standards and research predominantly focus on the post-implementation review of schedule networks, neglecting contractors′ challenges in establishing good schedules. Consequently, contractors often lack a solid foundation for schedule development, resulting in submitted schedules fraught with issues that hinder effective schedule management. This study assesses the current state of construction scheduling and leverages professional scheduling software to develop an assistant system for contractors to streamline schedule development. Furthermore, it synthesizes recommendations from previous research on schedule review processes and the functionalities of various scheduling software tools. These insights form the basis for establishing an automated self-checking schedule network, enabling contractors to evaluate their schedules′ completeness, accuracy, and feasibility. This automated system empowers contractors to make necessary adjustments, thereby minimizing the need for extensive schedule reviews. The proposed checking system enhances schedule reviewers′ efficiency and reduces manual errors, ultimately improving overall scheduling performance. The system developed in this study is anticipated to elevate the standard of domestic schedule management practices.
