Abstract:	本計畫就「高客家人口比例的客家文化重點發展區」（客語為主要通行語地區）之四個「閩南孤島」，討論國家族群政策框架下的閩南人、客家人之族群關係，預期影響：（1）人文：以跨族群研究視野，從「客大閩小」角度，思索客家政策對閩南人之影響；（2）社會：檢視不同法律構築的閩南、客家語言政策交錯下的閩客族群關係；（3）經濟：閩南孤島之語言、文化傳承，衍生出相關語言、文化產業經濟，如口譯、節慶活動等；（4）學術發展：以「客家人及周邊族群」角度，探索族群政策對其他族群成員影響，及族群孤島如何與周邊更大社會互動，並反思影響族群間互動、衝突、合作的制度與實作，進行「以政策建議為導向之學術研究」，補足臺灣族群研究缺角。
