    Abstract: 皮膚癌是最常見的癌症之一,它主要由太陽紫外線輻射所引起。在各種皮膚癌中,黑色素瘤最為致命,約佔皮膚癌的10%。當黑色素細胞在紫外線輻射下迅速複製和變異時,就會形成黑色素瘤。雖然黑色素瘤的發病率很低,但它具有轉移能力、難以治愈且具有致命性。根據以往的研究,早期的黑色素瘤主要治療方法為手術治療,然而在治療過後仍有殘留的情況發生。為了解決這個問題,我們開發了包覆靛菁綠(ICG)和喜樹鹼(CPT)的複合水凝膠(Indocyanine Green and Camptothecin loaded Hyaluronic Acid Hydrogel;ICHHG),希望將光治療與化學治療相結合,通過兩種不同的治療方式減少化療藥物的用量,從而降低化學治療所引起的副作用。此外,該材料能夠長時間附著於皮膚表面並控制藥物的釋放,成功克服了傳統皮膚給藥方式的局限性。;Skin cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, primarily caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. Among various types of skin cancer, melanoma is the most lethal, accounting for approximately 10% of skin cancer cases. Melanoma develops when melanocytes rapidly replicate and mutate under UV radiation. Although the incidence rate of melanoma is relatively low, it is highly metastatic, difficult to cure, and potentially fatal. According to previous studies, early-stage melanoma is primarily treated through surgical excision; however, residual cancer cells may persist after treatment. To address this issue, we developed a composite hydrogel encapsulating indocyanine green (ICG) and camptothecin (CPT) (Indocyanine Green and Camptothecin loaded Hyaluronic Acid Hydrogel; ICHHG). This hydrogel aims to combine phototherapy and chemotherapy, reducing the required dosage of chemotherapeutic drugs through dual therapeutic approaches, thereby minimizing the side effects associated with chemotherapy. Additionally, the material can adhere to the skin surface for an extended period and control drug release, effectively overcoming the limitations of traditional skin drug delivery methods.
