    摘要: 質子傳導型固態氧化物燃料電池(Proton Conducting Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, P-SOFCs)在中溫區的性能表現優異,是近年熱門的研究領域。本研究團隊針對P-SOFCs進行系統性開發,本研究建立了專用的平板型P-SOFC量測平台,該平台整合了專用模具、精密溫控系統、流量控制系統以及電化學分析儀器,旨在全面支援平板燃料電池的研究與分析。
    我們採用刮刀技術與旋轉塗佈法製作平版型P-SOFC,其有效面積為9.2 cm²。實驗結果顯示,在不同溫度下的性能表現如下:800 ℃:功率密度167.8 mW/cm²,歐姆阻抗1.92 Ω·cm²,極化阻抗1.0 Ω·cm²。700 ℃:功率密度121.7 mW/cm²,歐姆阻抗2.15 Ω·cm²,極化阻抗1.32 Ω·cm²。650 ℃:功率密度98.0 mW/cm²,歐姆阻抗2.39 Ω·cm²,極化阻抗1.62 Ω·cm²。600 ℃:功率密度85.9 mW/cm²,歐姆阻抗2.53 Ω·cm²,極化阻抗1.76 Ω·cm²。在800 ℃下的測試結果顯示,平板型P-SOFC的性能低於實驗室鈕扣型P-SOFC,顯示平板燃料電池的單元製作還有改善空間。
    ;Proton Conducting Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (P-SOFCs) exhibit excellent performance in the intermediate temperature range and have become a popular research area in recent years. Our group has conducted development of P-SOFCs and established a planar P-SOFC measurement platform, which includes specialized molds for planar P-SOFC, precise temperature control systems, flow control systems, and electrochemical analysis instruments to support the research and analysis of planar fuel cells.
    We used tape casting technique and spin coating method to fabricate the planar solid oxide fuel cells, with an effective area of 9.2 cm². The experimental results show the performance at different temperatures as follows: 800°C, power density of 167.8 mW/cm², ohmic resistance of 1.92 Ω·cm², polarization resistance of 1.0 Ω·cm². 700°C, power density of 121.7mW/cm², ohmic resistance of 2.15 Ω·cm², polarization resistance of 1.32 Ω·cm². 650°C, power density of 98.0 mW/cm², ohmic resistance of 2.39 Ω·cm², polarization resistance of 1.62 Ω·cm². 600°C, power density of 85.9 mW/cm², ohmic resistance of 2.53 Ω·cm², polarization resistance of 1.76 Ω·cm². The performance evaluation conducted at 800 ℃ reveals that the planar P-SOFC demonstrates lower performance than the button-type P-SOFC. This indicates that further optimization of the fabrication process for planar fuel cell units is necessary to enhance their performance.
