    Abstract: 本研究所開發的生物反應器,可模擬因運動所引起之肌肉傷害(EIMD)。脈衝刺激能誘發肌管收縮,促使肌肉激素分泌。將收縮的肌管進行過度拉伸,可模擬離心運動時的肌肉損傷,我們除了會分析EIMD對肌肉激素的表現,也將評估損傷時所釋放的肌肉激素表現對巨噬細胞增殖、遷移、聚集及極化轉變等影響。最後還會探討不同表型的巨噬細胞對肌肉修復的效果。此體外平台將有助於瞭解肌肉激素在調節發炎反應與促進肌肉損傷修復中所扮演的角色。
