Abstract:	本計畫旨在探討凝膠核心微脂體的奈米結構、材料性質與藥物輸送效率三者間的關連性，將為首次深入測量奈米凝膠與脂雙層膜的個別結構與材料特性、並分析其如何相互影響及影響藥物遞送能力的研究。其成果預期可為特製化設計凝膠核心微脂體提供準則，為精準醫療及個人化醫療的發展注入新能量。
