Abstract:	Taiwan provides access to major research facilities (SMA, ALMA, SUBARU, GEMINI) and databases (Pan-STARRs, Subaru Hyper Supreme Cam) for doing this project. This project will conduct novel research to boost international projects with the participation of Taiwan and will promote discoveries and new cooperation.
