    Abstract: 臨床上仍然缺乏有效的結腸癌化療藥物,特別是解決抗藥性和復發問題。本計畫發現含硒藥物可能成為一種新型化療劑,透過特殊的細胞死亡機制(類凋亡,paraptosis)選擇性攻擊結腸癌細胞。本計畫將利用同步輻射中心的軟X射線斷層掃描(三維高解析細胞成像技術)和冷凍螢光影像技術,研究內質網和粒線體在含硒藥物作用下的精細形態變化,並利用腫瘤類器官模型與人源性腫瘤細胞異種移殖(PDX)模式,深入解析類凋亡的分子機制,為開發針對結腸癌的新型抗癌藥物提供關鍵理論基礎。
