Abstract:	This research project aims to fundamentally advance our understanding of intracellular transport by explaining the complex interplay between molecular motor proteins, cargo, and the regulatory factors that govern their activity. We will achieve this through an interdisciplinary approach combining multimodal microscopy techniques with the framework of stochastic thermodynamics. This knowledge will directly improve our understanding of human diseases and extend the boundaries of scientific knowledge.
