Abstract:	本計畫預計以兩年的研究時間，探討英國宗教哲學家約翰‧希克（John Hick, 1922-2012）對德國哲學家、神學家施萊爾馬赫（Friedrich Schleiermacher, 1768-1834）的理解與詮釋，尤其著重在希克對施萊爾馬赫的「上帝意識」、「人的原來完全」、罪與「罪的意識」、惡與恩典和宗教經驗的形成觀點的闡述。　　本研究計畫之執行成果有兩項主要之預期貢獻：（一）研究關於希克對施萊爾馬赫的理解與詮釋，並撰寫研究論文，嘗試投稿國內外學術期刊予以發表，同時與國內外相關領域之專家學者交流，可補充國內外既有的希克思想研究。（二）國內學界通常是在西方詮釋學發展傳統來理解施萊爾馬赫的哲學特徵及貢獻，本項計畫案可以將希克關於施萊爾馬赫的理解與詮釋──尤其是關於「上帝意識」、「人的原來完全」、罪與「罪的意識」、惡與恩典等概念和宗教經驗的形成之觀點的闡述──當作一個平台或管道，一方面可作為國內的施萊爾馬赫研究在宗教哲學方面的探討向度，另一方面可對其神學思想和相關概念有更進一步的引介和研討。
