Abstract:	本計畫研究旨在了解全球化社會互動中的規範言談，以及宣導標誌的使用和其情感修辭的作用。台灣和全球的重大公共議題論述，除了政府平台的宣導，新聞及社群媒體在傳播規範言談以及創譯迷因敘事方面，發揮著至關重要的作用。這些超語景觀中的公共論述，受到社會、文化、經濟、空間、法律和情感等因素影響，而這些因素也塑造了公眾的觀點意見。分析政府平台及社群媒體上流傳和創譯的的指令符碼及言談論述，可以揭示社會大眾如何透過多語言多模態資源，回應及討論社會文化爭議事件，啟發創意思辯和語言行動，以實現多元包容社會，為超語景觀研究做出貢獻。
