Abstract:	本研究開發PVD製程於鈣鈦礦磊晶基板上進行ETL、類量子阱(MQWs)、HTL等結構的設計與鍍膜技術，製作出高品質、高效率之綠光PeLEDs元件。研究涵跨化學合成、熱處理技術、長晶技術、材料改質、結構設計以及PeLEDs元件製作技術等領域，除了可以培育我國在此相關領域的人才，研究成果亦可提供相關領域學者專家參考，有助於促進鈣鈦礦領域學術發展。
