Abstract:	共同機構持有在當今的經濟環境所佔的比重日益提升，尤其是ETF成為投資主流工具後，共同機構持有的現象更為普遍。但相關文獻對此現象對企業各個面向決策的探討較少。此計劃探討共同機構持有對公司勞動力投資效率的影響，填補了現有研究中的空白。同時，此項目具有一定的實務意義。本研究結論可協助企業了解當共同機構持有的比重高時如何影響企業的勞動力決策，可協助企業瞭解如何連結資本市場的力量與勞動力配置決策的關係。
