Abstract:	資訊系統與軟體開發中的需求變動是軟體產業的重要實務與研究課題。本計畫的研究成果在實務上將有助於提升軟體產業中專案團隊管理與因應需求變動的敏捷性。此外由於軟體發展是以人與團隊為主，故就學術而言，本研究成果將有助於軟體工程中提倡人本方面(Human-side software development)的研究發展。
