    Abstract: 本研究計畫以鎂、銀、銻、銅及鉍所組成的P型高熵熱電塊材作為研究對象,將進行合金化製程及熱電優值係數ZT提升研究,並搭配中央大學團隊現階段所開發之N型鎂矽錫合金進行元件製作及特性量測,為未來的高溫廢熱回收提供更具應用潛力的新選擇,期待未來能以此高熵熱電材料製作模組,進行熱能回收直接發電,讓高溫廢熱回收的理想不再受限。
