Abstract:	因應使用者對於無線通訊頻寬與傳輸速度的殷切需求，毫米波相位陣列收發機技術的發展成為必要關鍵。本計畫擬於三年內，針對6G FR3與衛星通訊波束成型晶片應用，開發數種多功能之被動式功率分配／合併網路設計技術，從而助於相位陣列波束成型晶片的尺寸微縮與效能提升。本計畫之研究產出將有助於我國建立相位陣列收發機設計之關鍵技術。所完成之各等效電路模型、與設計用公式及圖表等，可成為射頻與微波元組件及模組的設計資料庫，做為相位陣列收發機系統設計之重要工具。所參與研究人員，亦可成為無線通訊、射頻、與微波科技的主要人才，對於國內無線通訊、射頻、及微波技術的推展，與相關技術國際能見度的提昇，均將有所助益。
