Abstract:	分割具雜訊和強度不均勻的影像一直是一類困難且極具討戰的影像處理問題，特別是源自於醫學影像處理腫瘤或器官的分割問題，而計算數學可以在這類問題裡扮演重要角色。我們預期執行此一計畫可以結合變分影像分割方法的優點，開發出具有高效率且可解釋的深度學習方法，大幅提升影像的分割效能，並可進一步推展到多焦影像融合問題上。計畫的成果除了可以在醫學影像等領域實務上具有廣泛的應用外，對數學影像處理與分析問題的學術發展亦將有相當大的助益。
