    Abstract: 本三年期計畫預期將發展出具光療和癒合監控之3D列印光照治療繃帶,透過光固化3D列印製作客製化且親膚性高的矽膠3D電路板,電路板內嵌入可尋址RGB LED 、UV LED與電極,藉由不同光波長組合,讓敷料在傷口癒合過程初期具有抗微生物、抗發炎以及促進細胞增長之能力。此外,使用深度強化式學習依據傷口種類、大小及醫生的診斷,將繃帶個別LED調整其顏色、強度、頻率、時間等光療參數,讓其擬合出所需之光譜。智慧型傷口敷料在健康照護上極具發展潛力,未來可望產品化以提供臨床及居家醫療照護使用。
