    Abstract: 本研究將發展成可進行臨床探討的大斷面造影設備。近年持續開發的俯臥式成像系統,經生策會獲選2021、及2019國家新創精進獎,技術項目為“順應式同步多頻率擴散光學斷層造影系統”、“俯臥式擴散光學斷層影像系統及技術”。經過三次加值型國合及短期出國研究,本計畫繼續在探討並持平處理當前DOI影像計算所採取模型反算、及深度學習網路二者間的競合議題,研究中搭配所獨有的俯臥式(彈性光通道)光資訊掃描機台,進行仿體實驗驗證非圓形斷面組織光學係數造影。本計畫探索議題的系統完整性為國內僅有,在國際學術競爭亦有其能見度。
