    Abstract: 國內每年執行的工程專案數量眾多,時程管理是確保專案如期完成的重要工具之一。工程會於2013年頒布「01103 進度管理」綱要規範,內容並包含S進度曲線(S-Curve)的繪製與更新。然該綱要規範僅進行文字性規定,除非業主有明確規定,否則廠商還是會以自己有利的方式繪製S進度曲線。導致其成果除無法有效用於專案進度控管外,亦經常在履約爭議中無法提供有效的作用。本研究旨在開發S進度曲線輔助系統,以利解決S進度曲線實務應用中所面臨之問題。本研究首先彙整S進度曲線相關資訊,並釐清其使用專業排程軟體與Excel試算表之繪製流程,以建構本研究之自動化S進度曲線輔助系統之架構與系統。本研究所建立之系統可自動化產出S進度曲線,使用者可透過此系統提高作業效率、降低人工繪製S進度曲線發生之出錯率。此外,本研究也建構S進度曲線更新自動化輔助系統,使用者在輸入專案延宕資訊後,可自動化產出四種不同更新方式之S進度曲線,提供承包商於專案進行過程中,對S進度曲線進行快速更新並再利用於後續的時程管控。期望透過本研究建立之輔助系統可提升國內善用S進度曲線,進而改善專案管控之水準。;In Taiwan, a large number of construction projects are executed each year, and schedule management is one of the key tools to ensure projects are completed on-time. In 2013, the Public Construction Commission released the guideline "01103 Schedule Management" , which includes provisions for the creation and updating of S-Curves. However, the guideline only contains textual regulations; unless explicitly specified by the client, contractors often create S-Curves in their favorable ways. As a result, these curves are not effective for project schedule control and often fail to provide meaningful support in disputes resolution. This study aims to develop an S-Curve support system to address the practical challenges associated with applying S-Curves. First, this study compiles information related to S-Curves and clarifies the process of generating them using professional scheduling software and Excel spreadsheets. Based on this, the framework and system for an automated S-Curve support tool are established. The system developed in this study can automatically generate S-Curves, allowing users to improve work efficiency and reduce errors caused by manual creation. Additionally, the study introduces an automated system for updating S-Curves. After users input project delay information, the system can automatically generate four different types of updated S-Curves. This enables contractors to quickly revise and reuse the curves for ongoing schedule control during project execution. The proposed system is expected to enhance the overall effectiveness of S-Curve implementation and promote better schedule management practices in Taiwan′s construction industry.
