;Seasonal variations have a significant impact on landscape engineering, Times New Roman in subtropical climate regions like Taiwan. Climate change and shifts in plant growth cycles cause notable fluctuations in the labor demands for both construction and maintenance in landscape projects. This study explores methods for forecasting seasonal labor requirements in landscape engineering and analyzes the effects of different seasons on labor demand based on actual conditions in Taiwan. The results show that the impact on labor demand is greatest in the spring and fall, while summer and winter experience lower fluctuations in demand. The study aims to provide landscape project managers with effective strategies for seasonal workforce allocation, To optimize performance and ensure high-quality outcomes, with a focus on cost reduction.
