在不斷變化的市場環境中,以出口為導向的國內製造業者隨時需要為國際局勢的影響作好準備,在科技業者中普遍已具備數位化的基礎與人才資源,在以數據驅動決策的趨勢中,有更多的判斷基礎應對情勢變化。而在數位化準備程度落差較大的傳產業者,因情勢與環境的改變遭受不同程度的產業挑戰,讓傳產業者逐漸意識到數位化的重要性,同時也帶來智慧製造解決方案的市場機會。然而,傳產業者應用的領域廣泛且具有各自的環境語言,過往推廣於科技業的解決方案銷售方法不一定能獲得傳產業者的青睞。本研究在十五家製造業者的中、高階主管訪談回饋中梳理產業痛點、產業需求、數位化指標效益等,作為布局規畫思考面向的背景資訊,並以資訊服務業者的視角探討智慧製造解決方案布局在傳統產業的策略思考。;In today’s dynamic global market, export-oriented manufacturers must continually adapt to shifting international conditions. While technology firms typically possess robust digital capabilities that support data-driven decision-making, traditional industries—often less digitally mature—face significant challenges. This has led to a growing demand for smart manufacturing solutions. However, the traditional sector is highly diverse, with distinct operational frameworks that require customized approaches beyond standard strategies used in the tech industry. This study draws on insights from interviews with mid- to senior-level executives at 15 manufacturing firms to identify key pain points, digitalization needs, and measurable outcomes. From the perspective of an IT service provider, the study proposes strategic considerations for implementing smart manufacturing solutions in traditional industries, addressing sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
