本研究主要探討工業電腦產業中,測試製程段導入派工系統對於生產線效率的影響。以A公司為研究對象,A公司為世界知名工業電腦品牌與代工生產製造業,本文透過數位化轉型概念,將過去傳統的現場工作指派作業模式,導入系統化操作介面與派工邏輯,達成由系統直接指派作業的派工模式。研究首先針對A公司所生產的工業電腦產品進行說明,分析測試製程對於工業電腦的重要性與當前測試製程的工作指派有何問題待改善,並透過當前測試製程工序內容,建立適合工業電腦測試製程的派工邏輯與系統,改善論文中所提到人工指派作業會遇到的種種問題。本研究結果顯示,A公司導入測試製程派工後,對於生產效率有著明顯的提升,並且系統直接派工為線上管理人員釋放作業指派所需工時,對於生產品質與現場管理也有一定程度的幫助。此外,本研究的成果對於其他工業電腦製造產線實施現場管理優化和數位化轉型具有參考價值,為相關產業提供數位化轉型基礎參考,降低數位化轉型所需的試錯成本與時間。;This study mainly explores the impact of the introduction of a dispatching system in the test process on production line efficiency in the Industrial Personal Computer industry. Company A is the research object. Company A is a world-renowned industrial computer brand and OEM manufacturing industry. Through the concept of digital transformation, this paper introduces a systematic operating interface and dispatching logic to the traditional on-site work assignment mode in the past, and achieves a dispatching mode where the system directly assigns work. The study first explains the Industrial Personal Computer products produced by Company A, analyzes the importance of the test process for industrial computers and the problems that need to be improved in the current test process work assignment, and establishes a dispatching logic and system suitable for the industrial computer test process through the current test process process content, improving the various problems that manual assignment work mentioned in the paper will encounter. The results of this study show that after Company A introduced the test process dispatching, there was a significant improvement in production efficiency, and the system′s direct dispatching freed up the working hours required for job assignment for online managers, which also helped production quality and on-site management to a certain extent. In addition, the results of this study are of reference value for implementing on-site management optimization and digital transformation in other industrial computer manufacturing production lines, providing a basic reference for digital transformation for related industries and reducing the trial-and-error costs and time required for digital transformation.
