隨著低碳永續與智慧應用的趨勢興起，電子紙技術逐漸嶄露頭角，成為智慧顯示應用的重要選擇。 A公司為一家具備深厚面板製造與背光模組代工經驗的企業，為因應產業轉型與市場需求，積極投入電子紙整機的研發與生產。不同於以往代工思維，整機系統整合需橫跨硬體、軟體、供應鏈與場域應用等多方面考量，對企業而言是一大挑戰。 本研究聚焦於A公司於三個應用場域（藝文空間、國際機場、火車站售票處）之電子紙整機開發與供應過程，透過質性個案分析，探討其在技術選擇、供應鏈協調、客戶溝通與訂單管理上所面臨的挑戰與因應策略，進而探討電子紙產品成功因子，了解個案會成功及探討失敗的原因；最後得出研究結論及研究建議提出對整機策略與電子紙供需特性的觀察與分析。 ;With the rise of low-carbon sustainability and smart applications, e-paper technology has gradually emerged and become an important choice for smart display applications. Company A is an enterprise with extensive experience in panel manufacturing and backlight module OEM. In order to respond to industrial transformation and market demand, it actively invests in the research and development and production of electronic paper devices. Different from the previous OEM thinking, the integration of the entire system requires consideration of multiple aspects such as hardware, software, supply chain and field application, which is a major challenge for enterprises. This study focuses on the development and supply process of electronic paper devices of Company A in three application fields (art and cultural space, international airport, and railway station ticket office). Through qualitative case analysis, it explores the challenges and response strategies faced by the company in technology selection, supply chain coordination, customer communication and order management, and then explores the success factors of electronic paper products, understands the reasons for success and failure of the case; finally, the research conclusions and research suggestions are drawn, and observations and analyses of the overall strategy and the supply and demand characteristics of electronic paper are proposed.
