以個案公司為研究對象,透過實施DMAIC(定義、測量、分析、改善、控制)流程,對製程進行深入分析與改進。 ;This study aims to explore the effectiveness of applying the Six Sigma quality improvement process to enhance the process stability of network switches. Using Company A as the case subject, the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology was implemented to conduct an in-depth analysis and improvement of the manufacturing process. The results demonstrated a significant enhancement in process stability, a noticeable reduction in product defect rates, increased employee engagement, and improved customer satisfaction. Moreover, the introduction of the Six Sigma approach facilitated data-driven decision-making, the establishment of a continuous improvement culture, enhanced cross-departmental collaboration, and optimized resource allocation. Based on the findings, several recommendations are proposed for Company A, including continued training and education, the establishment of performance evaluation mechanisms, the expansion of Six Sigma applications, and the strengthening of data management capabilities. Future research may focus on evaluating the long-term benefits, conducting cross-industry comparative studies, integrating other quality management tools, and exploring the influence of organizational culture. The results of this study can serve as a reference for enterprises seeking to implement Six Sigma to improve process stability and product quality. |
