    摘要: 本研究開發了一種簡單、環保的方法,用於快速檢測瓶裝茶飲樣品中的二苯甲酮類防曬乳成分 (benzophenone-type ultraviolet filters, 簡稱 BP-UVFs)。BP-UVFs 是一種新興污染物,存在於各種環境和生物樣本中,對公共衛生具有潛在風險,並可能在食物鏈中進行生物累積。以新興吸附劑金屬有機骨架 MIL-53(Al) 從瓶裝茶飲樣品中萃取五種 BP-UVFs 衍生物。MIL-53(Al) 具有高孔隙率、大表面積以及優異的化學和熱穩定性。此外,使用水作為溶劑來合成 MIL-53 (Al),避免了有毒化學品,符合綠色分析化學的原則。
    採用分散微固相萃取法 (dispersive micro-solid phase extraction, 簡稱 D-μSPE) 從瓶裝茶飲樣品中萃取 BP-UVFs。採用 Box-Behnken Design 實驗設計最佳化 D-μSPE 的萃取條件,在提高效率的同時,最大程度地降低實驗成本和時間消耗。結合使用 UHPLC-電噴灑游離 (+) - 四極桿飛行時間質譜法對萃取的樣品進行定性和定量測定。所開發的方法經過充分驗證,顯示出低的定量極限 (LOQ;0.1 至 0.6 ng/mL)、令人滿意的平均回收率 (92 - 102%) 和高精密度 (RSD 小於3%)。此開發的方法被成功應用於瓶裝茶飲樣品中 BP-UVF 的測定。;In this study, we developed a simple and environmentally friendly method for quick detecting benzophenone-type ultraviolet filters (BP-UVFs) in bottled tea samples. BP-UVFs are a group of emerging contaminants, which found in various environmental and biota samples raising potential risks for public health concern and could bioaccumulate in the food chain. The emerging sorbent, metal-organic framework MIL-53(Al), was selected for extracting five BP-UVF derivatives from bottled tea samples. MIL-53(Al) provides high porosity, large surface area, and excellent chemical and thermal stability. Moreover, water was used as the solvent to synthesize MIL-53(Al), avoiding toxic chemicals and aligning with the principles of green analytical chemistry.
    Dispersive micro-solid phase extraction (D-μSPE) method was employed to extract BP-UVFs from bottled tea samples. Box-Behnken experimental design (BBD) was applied to optimize extraction conditions for D-μSPE, which enhances efficiency while minimizing experimental costs and time consumption. The extracted samples were then analyzed using UHPLC-electrospray ionization (+) - quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative determination. The developed method was fully validated, showing low limits of quantification (LOQs; 0.1 to 0.6 ng/mL), satisfactory mean spiked recoveries (92 - 102%), and a high level of precision (RSD less than 3%). The developed method was then successfully applied for the determination of BP-UVFs in bottled tea samples.
