    摘要: 本論文提供一種合成快速、低成本、具防火性,以常見有機溶劑即可進行溶解之鋰電池固態電解質材料的合成策略。
    第一系列中,以2-丙烯醯胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸 (2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, AMPS) 作為陽離子單體,結合不同鏈長之聚氧乙烯醚 (Polyethylene oxide, EO) 單體,透過諾里什Ⅰ型光化學反應 (Norrish Type I) 合成兩種共聚物 (PA-EO100與PA-EO2000)。藉由調控AMPS與EO單體之比例,可設計具不同離子密度與柔軟度之高分子。隨後與聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物 (PVDF-HFP) 及聚碳酸酯 (PCC) 製備固態電解質膜,並應用於NCM811鋰電池進行各項電化學與物理性能分析。初步測試結果顯示,PA系列高分子具優異熱穩定性與一定程度之防火特性。此系列已初步進行電池元件製備,元件效能優化中。
    第二系列中,以4-乙烯基苯甲酸 (4-vinylbenzoic acid, 4-VBA) 作為陽離子單體,與具有不同側鏈之苯乙烯單體進行加熱聚合,成功合成三種共聚物 (PS-EO100、PS-EO2000、PS-LA)。此系列樣品具有優異熱穩定性,正進行電池元件之製備。
    ;This study presents a cost-effective and facile strategy for synthesizing flame-retardant solid polymeric electrolytes (SPEs) applicable to lithium-ion batteries. The synthesized materials demonstrate good solubility in common organic solvents and compatibility with standard processing techniques.
    In the first polymer series, two polymers (PA-EO100 and PA-EO2000) were prepared via a Norrish Type I photochemical reaction using 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) and ethylene oxide (EO) monomers of varying chain lengths. By tuning the AMPS and EO molar ratio, copolymers with different ionic contents and flexibility were obtained. The polymers were subsequently blended with poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) and polycarbonate (PCC) to form SPE membranes, which were evaluated in NCM811 lithium-ion cells. The PA-based polymers exhibited excellent thermal stability and inherent flame resistance. Currently, the lithium-ion battery performance testing of these lithiated copolymers is in progress.
    In the second polymer series, 4-vinylbenzoic acid (4-VBA) was used as the ionic monomer and copolymerized with three different kinds of styrene monomers with various chain lengths to produce three kinds of polymers (PS-EO100, PS-EO2000, and PS-LA). The PS-based polymers exhibited excellent thermal stability. Currently, the lithium-ion battery performance testing of these lithiated copolymers is in progress.
