    摘要: 石化塑膠的廢棄處理一直是社會關注的重要環境問題,而聚酯擁有易降解及可回收的特性,被認為其具有高潛力替代石化塑膠且由於其高度生物相容性,常被用於生醫材料中。本研究主要使用不同內酯單體γ- butyrolactone (γ-BL)、δ‐valerolactone (δ‐VL) 及ε-caprolactone (ε-CL)進行反應,催化劑的部分則是使用鎂錯合物:鎂金屬具價格低廉特點且在許多研究中廣泛應用。因此本研究嘗試以格林那試劑衍生合成出一系列單核結構錯合物,並利用其對各式單體進行開環聚合的反應。此催化系統於氮氣的環境下,室溫時便能對單體ε-CL在短時間內完成聚合反應 (Conv.=99% , Ð = 1.30)。而相對較難進行開環聚合的單體γ-BL單體,在-50度的反應溫度下可順利進行開環聚合,最終取得環狀結構聚合物 (Conv.=72% , Ð = 1.55)。從實驗結果來看,鎂金屬錯合物在對這些單體的開環聚合實驗中,皆能在短的反應時間下取得不錯的轉化率,表現出對反應良好的催化活性。;The disposal of petrochemical plastics has been a major environmental concern in society. Polyesters are considered highly promising alternatives due to their degradability and recyclability. Moreover, their high biocompatibility makes them commonly used in biomedical materials. This study focuses on the polymerization of different lactone monomers, including γ-butyrolactone (γ-BL), δ-valerolactone (δ-VL), and ε-caprolactone (ε-CL). As for the catalyst, magnesium complexes were employed. Magnesium is inexpensive and has been widely used in various studies. Therefore, this studies to synthesize a series of mononuclear magnesium complexes derived from Grignard reagents and to apply them in ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of various monomers were investigated. Under a nitrogen atmosphere at room temperature, these Mg catalysts system successfully polymerized ε-CL in a short time, achieving a conversion of 99% with a dispersity (Ð) of 1.30. Even the more challenging monomer γ-BL was able to undergo ROP at -50°C, yielding a cyclic polymer with a conversion of 72% and a Ð of 1.55. The experimental results demonstrate that these magnesium complexes exhibit good catalytic activity, achieving high conversion rates in short reaction times during the ROP of the selected monomers.
