    摘要: 最近的研究表明,硫化氫生成酶在癌細胞中選擇性過度表達,導致細胞內硫化氫濃度高於正常細胞。這一現象顯示硫化氫有可能作為區分癌細胞和正常細胞的生物標記。本研究中,我們設計並合成了一系列基於1,2,3-三嗪的螢光探針用於檢測硫化氫,這些探針利用1,2,3-三嗪作為螢光猝滅劑,並與硫化氫反應,重啟發光團BODIPY基團的螢光放射。在一系列合成的三嗪螢光響應探針: 3-Tz-H、3-Tz-Et、8-Tz-H及8-Tz-Et與硫化鈉反應後,產生明顯的螢光強度差異,表明它們對硫化氫具有有效的反應。這些結果表明,基於1,2,3-三嗪設計的螢光探針有望用於檢測癌細胞中的硫化氫的潛力。;Recent studies have indicated that the hydrogen sulfide-producing enzymes are selectively overexpressed in cancer cells, resulting in elevated intracellular H2S concentrations compared to those in normal cells. This phenomenon suggests that H₂S has the potential to serve as a biomarker for distinguishing cancer cells from their normal counterparts. In this study, we designed and synthesized a series of 1,2,3-triazine-based fluorogenic probes for H2S detection. These probes utilize 1,2,3-triazine as a fluorescence quencher, which reacts with H2S to trigger the emission of the fluorophore BODIPY. Among the synthesized probes, 3-Tz-H, 3-Tz-Et, 8-Tz-H, and 8-Tz-Et exhibited significant fluorescence enhancement upon reaction with sodium sulfide, indicating an effective response to H2S. These findings suggest that 1,2,3-triazine-based fluorogenic probes hold promise for detecting H2S in cancer cells.
