    Abstract: 隨著製造業邁向高效率、高精密與全球化競爭,品質管理已成為企業永續經營與顧客信賴的關鍵所在。面對市場需求快速變動、產品生命週期縮短與顧客對品質期待升高等挑戰,如何有效掌握影響品質的核心要素,成為製造企業亟需解決的重要課題。
    本研究以品質管理為核心,聚焦於汽機車零件及相關製造產業,透過半結構式訪談蒐集具不同部門背景的生產實務主管意見,歸納出品質管理的八項關鍵影響因素,分別為:「員工培訓與專業能力」、「員工品質意識與責任感」、「設備維護與保養」、「自動化與智能製造」、「原材料品質控制」、「供應鏈管理」、「標準化作業流程」與「品質檢測與控制」。研究目的為建構一套具實證基礎之品質管理研究架構,釐清各因素間的相對重要性與互動關係。
    研究結果指出,在品質穩定性與良率提升目標驅動下,「品質檢測與控制」為受訪者普遍認為的首要關鍵,其次依序為「原材料品質控制」、「設備維護與保養」與「標準化作業流程」,顯示製造現場對於品質控管制度與生產前端資源的高度重視。而「員工培訓與專業能力」亦被視為長期品質改善的重要基礎,突顯人因管理與技術投資須同步進行之必要性。
    本研究結果可作為製造業品質管理優先強化方向的參考依據,並協助企業在品質制度建置、資源配置與持續改善策略上,做出更具系統性的決策規劃。

    ;As the manufacturing industry moves toward greater efficiency, precision, and global competitiveness, production quality has become a critical factor for sustainable business operations and customer trust. In the face of rapidly changing market demands, shortened product life cycles, and rising expectations for quality, identifying and managing key quality-related factors has emerged as a pressing challenge for manufacturing enterprises.
    This study focuses on quality management in the automotive and parts manufacturing sector. Through semi-structured interviews with production supervisors from various departments, it identifies eight key factors influencing production quality: employee training and professional competence, employee quality awareness and accountability, equipment maintenance, automation and smart manufacturing, raw material quality control, supply chain management, standardized operating procedures (SOP), and quality inspection and control. The objective is to construct a research framework grounded in empirical data, highlighting the relative importance and interrelationship of these factors.
    The results indicate that quality inspection and control is regarded as the top priority for ensuring quality stability and improving yield rates. This is followed by raw material quality control, equipment maintenance, and standardized operating procedures, reflecting a strong emphasis on quality control systems and front-end production inputs. In addition, employee training and awareness is viewed as a foundational element for long-term quality improvement, underscoring the necessity of aligning human resource management with technological investments.
    The findings of this study can serve as a practical reference for manufacturers seeking to prioritize quality improvement initiatives and develop more systematic approaches to quality system design, resource allocation, and continuous improvement strategies.
