本研究旨在探討真誠領導、組織信任、心理契約、工作滿意度以及組織公民行為之間的關係。本研究透過網路問卷蒐集研究樣本,總共回收350份,其中有效問卷314份。經資料整理後,透過描述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析與階層迴歸分析,檢視各個變數之間的關係。 本研究證實:(1)真誠領導與組織信任及心理契約有正向關係;(2)組織信任與工作滿意度及組織公民行為有正向關係;(3)心理契約與工作滿意度及組織公民行為有正向關係;(4)工作滿意度與組織公民行為有正向關係。本研究將綜合上述成果,提出有助於企業提升內部管理與營運效能的管理意涵,並為未來研究提供相關建議。 ;This study aims to explore the relationships among authentic leadership, organizational trust, psychological contract, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were collected through online survey and a total of 314 valid responses was attained. Analyses of reliability, correlation, and hierarchical regression were conducted to examine and verify the relationships among the variables. It is found that: (1) authentic leadership is positively related to organizational trust and psychological contract; (2) organizational trust is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior; (3) psychological contract is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior; (4) job satisfaction is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
