| 摘要: | 本研究探討台灣筆記型電腦ODM 廠商(A 公司)如何應用精實生產理論來優化其採購策略,以提升供應鏈效率並降低採購成本,在全球資訊科技產業快速變遷的背景下,筆記型電腦 ODM 廠商面臨日益嚴峻的市場競爭與供應鏈風險,如庫存積壓、交貨延遲、物料短缺及成本上升等問題,這些挑戰迫使 企業重新檢視其採購管理模式,以確保穩定供應並提升市場競爭力。本研究以 A 公司為個案,首先透過文獻探討分析筆記型電腦產業的特性與採購策略的理論基礎,特別聚焦於精實生產理論的應用,精實生產強調消除浪費、 Just in Time生產及持續改善,這些原則不僅適用於生產製造,也可廣泛應用於採購管理。 在實證部分,本研究針對A公司的採購流程進行系統性分析,辨識出其面臨的採購問題,包括庫存過剩、供應不穩、成本控制困難及供應商協作不足,針對這些問題,本研究根據精實生產理論設計了對應的採購策略,包括 JIT採購、供應 鏈協同與資訊共享、減少庫存積壓及彈性採購策略,最後透過數據分析,結果顯示個案公司在導入精實採購後,庫存周轉率提升、採購成本降低且供應鏈風險管理能力增強。這些改善建議不僅適用於個案公司,也可作為其他類似 ODM 廠商優化採購策略的參考,透過本研究,期望為筆記型電腦 ODM 產業提供一套可行的精實採購策略模式,協助企業在競爭激烈的市場中維持競爭力。;This study explores how Taiwanese notebook computer ODM manufacturers (Company A) apply lean production theory to optimize their procurement strategies, aiming to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce procurement costs. In the rapidly changing global information technology industry, notebook computer ODM manufacturers face increasingly severe market competition and supply chain risks, such as inventory overstock, delayed deliveries, material shortages, and rising costs. These challenges force companies to re examine their procurement management models to ensure stable supply and enhance market competitiveness. Taking Company A as a case study, this research begins with a literature review to analyze the characteristics of the notebook computer industry and the theoretical foundation of procurement strategies, with a particular focus on the application of lean production theory. Lean production emphasizes waste elimination, Just in Time (JIT) production, and continuous improvement. These principles are not only applicable to manufacturing but can also be widely applied to procurement management. In the empirical section, this study systematically analyzes the procurement process of Company A, identifying its procurement challenges, including excessive inventory, unstable supply, difficulties in cost control, and insufficient supplier collaboration. In response to these issues, this study designs corresponding procurement strategies based on lean production theory, including JIT procurement, supply chain collaboration and information sharing, reduction of inventory overstock, and flexible procurement strategies. Finally, through data analysis, the results show that after implementing lean procurement, Company A experienced improved inventory turnover, reduced procurement costs, and enhanced supply chain risk management capabilities. These improvement recommendations are not only applicable to Company A but can also serve as a reference for other similar ODM manufacturers seeking to optimize their procurement strategies. Through this study, we aim to provide a feasible lean procurement strategy model for the notebook computer ODM industry, assisting companies in maintaining competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. |
