| 摘要: | 本文提出一種應用於AR眼鏡HMD系統的準直投影鏡頭設計。該鏡頭的特點有為了長時間配戴的舒適感,設計出的投影鏡頭,口徑、重量都小於美國一美分硬幣,體積都小於1 c.c.。本文以投影鏡頭的體積小及重量輕為主要研究方向,在設計投影鏡頭時,不僅注意體積及重量,影像品質也是設計的重點,讓投影鏡頭在設計完成後可以直接應用在AR眼鏡的HMD系統之中。本文研究目的在於提供一種高影像品質的投影鏡頭,同時兼具輕量、小巧,讓使用者在配戴AR眼鏡時,不會感到負擔。 本文投影鏡頭設計分為全視角30度與全視角65度兩種設計,全視角30度投影鏡頭設計由兩片玻璃球面鏡片、兩片塑膠非球面鏡片以及一片平板保護玻璃組成。全視角30度投影鏡頭使用視涯科技0.32英寸的OLED面板,面板解析度為800x600,單一畫素大小為8.12 m,感測器面積大小6.496 mmx4.872 mm。此鏡頭的入瞳口徑為4 mm,所有鏡片的有效口徑皆小於4 mm,鏡頭有效焦距為15.152 mm,F-number為3.788,MTF在220 lp/mm大於0.3,橫向色差小於4.408 m,光學畸變小於1%,電視畸變小於0.12%,相對照度大於85%,將全視角30度投影鏡頭組裝完成長方形鏡頭後,體積為0.4 c.c.,重量為0.586 g。 全視角65度投影鏡頭設計由兩片膠合玻璃球面鏡片、一片玻璃非球面鏡片、三片塑膠非球面鏡片以及一片平板保護玻璃組成。全視角65度投影鏡頭使用SONY的0.39英寸OLED面板,面板解析度為1024x768,單一畫素大小為7.74 m,感測器面積大小7.926 mmx5.944 mm。此鏡頭的入瞳口徑為4 mm,所有鏡片的有效口徑皆小於5 mm,鏡頭有效焦距為7.776 mm,F-number為1.944,MTF在250 lp/mm大於0.3,橫向色差小於1.29 m,光學畸變小於1%,電視畸變小於0.05%,相對照度大於46%。將全視角65度投影鏡頭組裝完成長方形鏡頭後,體積為0.67 c.c.,重量為0.997 g。 ;This paper presents a projection lens design for AR glasses HMD systems. The lens is characterized by its weight, and aperture, all of which are smaller than a US penny, and all of the volume are smaller than 1 c.c. , ensuring comfortable long-term wear. The focus of this study is on minimizing the lens size and weight while maintaining high image quality, making the projection lens suitable for direct application in AR glasses HMD systems. The objective is to provide a high-quality projection lens that is lightweight and compact, reducing the burden on users during prolonged wear. The projection lens design is divided into two configurations: a FOV-30° design and a FOV-65° design. The FOV-30° lens consists of two glass spherical lenses, two plastic aspheric lenses, and one flat protective glass. It uses a 0.32-inch OLED panel from SeeYa Technology with a resolution of 800×600, the pixel size of 8.12 μm, and the sensor area of 6.496 mm × 4.872 mm. The entrance pupil diameter is 4 mm, with all lens elements having effective diameters smaller than 4 mm. The effective focal length is 15.152 mm, F-number is 3.788, MTF is greater than 0.3 at 220 lp/mm, lateral color is less than 4.408 μm, optical distortion is below 1%, TV distortion is less than 0.12%, and relative illumination exceeds 85%. The assembled rectangular lens has a volume of 0.4 c.c. and a weight of 0.586 g. The 65° FOV lens consists of two cemented glass spherical lenses, one glass aspheric lens, three plastic aspheric lenses, and one flat protective glass. It uses a 0.39-inch OLED panel from SONY with a resolution of 1024×768, the pixel size of 7.74 μm, and the sensor area of 7.926 mm × 5.944 mm.
