    摘要: 隨著擴增實境(AR)與混合實境(MR)技術的迅速發展,對於影像顯示系統中光學模組的設計要求亦日益提升,特別是在視場角(Field of View, FOV)、影像品質與體積輕薄化方面。為滿足次世代頭戴式顯示裝置對高沉浸感與廣視野的需求,本研究針對AR與MR應用系統,設計並實現了兩款分別具備50度與80度全視角的準直鏡頭,設計出的體積小於3 c.c.,使配戴在人眼,不會感受到重量。
    全視角50度準直鏡頭設計由三片玻璃球面膠合鏡片、三片塑膠非球面鏡片與一片平板玻璃所組成,全視角80度準直鏡頭設計則由兩片玻璃球面膠合鏡片、五片塑膠非球面鏡片與一片平板玻璃所組成。此兩顆鏡頭的入瞳皆為4 mm,有效焦距分別為10.622 mm與9.687 mm。50度準直鏡頭之MTF在65 lp/mm大於0.807,電視畸變小於0.0991%,光學畸變小於1%,橫向色差小於0.605 m,相對照度大於64%,長方形鏡頭體積為1.02 c.c.,重量為0.533克。80度準直鏡頭之MTF在79 lp/mm大於0.589,電視畸變小於0.3996 %,光學畸變小於1 %,橫向色差小於2.309 m,相對照度大於30 %,長方形鏡頭體積為2.521 c.c.,重量為3.61克。
    ;With the rapid advancement of Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies, the design requirements for optical modules in image display systems have become increasingly demanding, particularly in terms of field of view (FOV), image quality, and compactness. To meet the next-generation head-mounted display devices’ needs for high immersion and wide viewing angles, this study designs and implements two collimator lenses with full viewing angles of 50 degrees and 80 degrees, respectively, for AR and MR applications. The resulting optical designs achieve a compact volume of less than 3 cubic centimeters.
    The 50-degree full-FOV collimation lens comprises three cemented spherical glass elements, three aspherical plastic lenses, and one flat glass plate. The 80-degree full-FOV collimation lens consists of two cemented spherical glass elements, five aspherical plastic lenses, and one flat glass plate. Both lenses have an entrance pupil diameter of 4 mm, with effective focal lengths of 10.622 mm and 9.6866 mm, respectively. The 50-degree lens achieves a Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) above 0.807 at 65 lp/mm, TV distortion less than 0.0991%, optical distortion below 1%, lateral chromatic aberration less than 0.605 μm, and relative illumination greater than 64%. Its rectangular volume is 1.02 c.c., and the weight is 1.311 grams. The 80-degree lens achieves an MTF above 0.589 at 79 lp/mm, TV distortion less than 0.3996%, optical distortion below 1%, lateral chromatic aberration less than 2.309 μm, and relative illumination greater than 30 %. Its volume is 2.521 c.c., and the weight is 3.61 grams.
