    摘要: 本研究探討理財人員業績達成率與各項變數之間的相關性,資料來源為金控某銀行 在2020年到2024年間的內部數據。其變數包括:年資、性別、持有CFP證照數量、分行所在區域、產品技能數、所屬竹科園區、客群。 本研究採用多元迴歸交叉分析,及敘述統計,其結果顯示:年資、產品技能數與竹科園區和客群等與業績表現有顯著正相關。在竹科園區的理財專員其業績普偏都高於非竹科園區,產品技能數多的理專業績都優於產品數低的。而持有CFP証照數量及性別,對業績達成率無顯著影響。 結果表明,增加產品技能數及累積工作年資經驗可有效提高業績達成率。未來研究可進一步納入不同銀行機構及更多影響變數,並延長研究期間,以觀察長期趨勢及不同市場環境對理財專員業績的影響。此外,亦可結合質性訪談,深入探討業績表現優異者的成功經驗,進而制定更完善的培訓與績效管理策略,促進財富管理業務的持續成長與競爭力提升。;This study explores the correlation between financial advisors′ performance achievement rates and various factors, using internal data from a financial holding bank from 2020 to 2024. The variables examined include years of experience, gender, number of CFP certifications, branch location, number of product skills, and whether the advisor is based in the Hsinchu Science Park area.
    This study employs multiple regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The results indicate that years of experience, number of product skills, and presence in the Hsinchu Science Park area are significantly positively correlated with performance. Financial advisors working in the Hsinchu Science Park area generally exhibit higher performance than those outside the area. Similarly, advisors with a greater number of product skills tend to achieve better performance compared to those with fewer skills. However, the number of CFP certifications and gender do not show a significant impact on performance achievement rates.
    The findings suggest that increasing product skills and accumulating work experience can effectively enhance performance achievement rates. Future research could incorporate data from different banks and additional influencing variables while extending the study period to observe long-term trends and the impact of varying market conditions on financial advisors′ performance. Additionally, qualitative interviews could be conducted to gain deeper insights into the success factors of high-performing advisors, enabling the development of more comprehensive training and performance management strategies to foster the sustainable growth and competitiveness of the wealth management industry
