    摘要: 在現今企業運作中,跨部門協作已成為提升競爭力的關鍵。然而,由於不同部門在目標、資源分配與決策方式上的差異,衝突無可避免地成為企業內部管理的重要課題。特別是在伺服器製造產業中,從研發設計到生產交付,各部門之間需高度協作,以確保產品品質與市場競爭力。然而,業務、研發、品保與製造等單位往往因專案時程、品質標準與成本控制等因素產生矛盾,若未能妥善管理,將影響企業運營效率與專案執行成效。因此,本研究以A公司為例,探討伺服器製造業中跨部門衝突的成因、類型及管理策略,以提供有效的衝突解決機制。
    本研究透過訪談與個案分析,歸納出伺服器製造業中常見的三種衝突類型,包括目標衝突、程序衝突與利益衝突,並進一步探討各階段衝突的管理策略。在研發開案階段,因產品規格與交期需求產生的目標衝突,往往影響企業競標成功率,需透過順應型管理策略,如提高內部協調效率來縮短RFQ回應時間。在品質驗證階段,品保與研發對測試標準的認知差異,導致程序衝突,企業可採取支配型管理策略,確保測試標準符合技術要求與市場需求。在量產製造階段,當生產單位與業務因成本與交期產生利益衝突時,則可透過合作型管理策略,建立跨部門溝通機制,兼顧成本效益與客戶需求。
    本研究結果顯示,適當的衝突管理策略不僅能降低內部摩擦,還能促進組織溝通與決策效率,提升企業競爭力。透過建立明確的專案管理流程、優化溝通機制及提升內部協作文化,企業能夠有效轉化衝突為成長動能,進一步強化市場競爭優勢。本研究的發現對於伺服器製造業及其他高科技產業的跨部門衝突管理提供具體參考,期望能協助企業優化內部運作,提升整體管理效能。
    ;In today′s business operations, cross-departmental collaboration has become the key to improving competitiveness. However, due to differences in goals, resource allocation and decision-making methods among different departments, conflict inevitably becomes an important issue in internal corporate management. Especially in the server manufacturing industry, from R&D and design to production and delivery, a high degree of collaboration is required between departments to ensure product quality and market competitiveness. However, units such as sales, R&D, quality assurance and manufacturing often have conflicts due to factors such as project schedules, quality standards and cost control. If not properly managed, it will affect the company′s operational efficiency and project execution results. Therefore, this study takes Company A as an example to explore the causes, types and management strategies of cross-departmental conflicts in the server manufacturing industry in order to provide an effective conflict resolution mechanism.
    Through interviews and case analysis, this study summarizes three common types of conflicts in the server manufacturing industry, including goal conflict, process conflict, and interest conflict, and further explores the management strategies for conflicts at each stage. During the R&D project opening stage, conflicts between product specifications and delivery requirements often affect the company′s success rate in bidding. Adaptive management strategies are needed, such as improving internal coordination efficiency to shorten RFQ response time. During the quality verification stage, differences in the understanding of testing standards between quality assurance and R&D lead to procedural conflicts. Enterprises can adopt a dominant management strategy to ensure that testing standards meet technical requirements and market demands. During the mass production stage, when conflicts of interest arise between production units and business units due to cost and delivery time, a collaborative management strategy can be used to establish a cross-departmental communication mechanism to balance cost-effectiveness and customer needs.
    The results of this study show that appropriate conflict management strategies can not only reduce internal friction, but also promote organizational communication and decision-making efficiency and enhance corporate competitiveness. By establishing clear project management processes, optimizing communication mechanisms and enhancing internal collaboration culture, companies can effectively transform conflicts into growth momentum and further strengthen their market competitive advantages. The findings of this study provide specific references for cross-departmental conflict management in the server manufacturing industry and other high-tech industries, and are expected to help companies optimize their internal operations and improve overall management effectiveness.
