隨著全球暖化與氣候變遷問題日益嚴峻,環境保護已成為國際間關注的焦點, 各行各業皆需為地球永續發展貢獻一己之力。其中,導致地球暖化的主要因素之 一為二氧化碳的排放。為了促進永續發展,國際組織紛紛設立氣候相關協定,並 推動相關法規,以緩解日益嚴重的環境災害,許多學者亦針對能源議題提出多種 解決方案。此外,各國政府與企業也積極投入綠色行動並推動減碳措施,以回應 全球綠色發展趨勢。海運業作為全球貿易的重要樞紐,其對環境所造成的影響亦 不容忽視,因此相關業者正面臨降低碳排放的迫切需求。隨著減碳議題逐漸受到 重視,已有眾多文獻探討海運業之環境影響及相關減碳措施,然而,過去多數研 究多著重於替代燃料使用及降低燃油消耗等解決方案的分析,對於各項減碳措施 於實際應用上之效益比較,相關討論則相對有限。為了提供海運業者在實務上可 參考並採用的具體方法,本研究以臺灣三大海運公司—長榮海運、陽明海運及萬 海海運為研究對象,透過趨勢分析以及嶺回歸法,探討海運業所採行各項減碳措 施對碳效率的實際成效。研究結果顯示,業者普遍傾向採用營運策略之減碳措施, 且碳效率的顯著提升多來自於累積效果。於實際效益分析中,以航線優化對碳效 率的提升效果最為顯著,少數技術方法對特定公司亦具成效。此結果有助於協助 海運公司提升碳效率表現,並可作為其他業者參考之實務依據。 ;With the growing severity of global warming and climate change, environmental protection has become a key international priority, urging all industries to contribute to sustainable development. Among the main causes of global warming, carbon dioxide emissions play a crucial role. To address this, international organizations have established climate agreements and regulations to mitigate environmental disasters, while governments and businesses actively pursue green initiatives and carbon reduction strategies. As a vital link in global trade, the shipping industry significantly impacts the environment and faces increasing pressure to cut emissions. Although many studies have examined the shipping industry′s carbon reduction efforts, most focus on alternative fuels and fuel-saving technologies, with limited comparative analysis of the practical effectiveness of various measures. This study investigates the real-world impact of carbon reduction practices adopted by Taiwan’s three major shipping companies—EVERGREEN MARINE CORP, Yang Ming Marine Corp, and Wan Hai Lines —using trend analysis and Ridge Regression. The findings indicate that shipping companies generally prefer operational strategies for carbon reduction, and that significant improvements in carbon efficiency are mainly due to the cumulative effect of existing measures. In terms of practical impact, voyage optimization demonstrates the most notable effect, while some technical measures are also effective for specific companies. These results provide useful guidance and practical references for other shipping companies to enhance their carbon efficiency performance.
