| 摘要: | 在現今競爭日益激烈的全球化市場環境中,企業要維持永續成長並保持領先地位,必須持續提升產品開發效率與品質,以迅速回應多元化的客戶需求。本研究以T公司為對象,深入探討其在新產品開發流程中所面臨的諸多挑戰,特別聚焦於風扇選型與開發設計流程。透過訪談與實地觀察,發現T公司目前的資料庫缺乏統一管理,導致研發人員在搜尋參考機種、設計圖面與相關技術資訊時,往往需要投入過多時間進行整理與比對。此外,因為缺乏完善的資訊管理機制,企業內部無法有效控管機密資料的存取權限,增加了潛在資訊安全風險;同時,也因缺少系統化的知識與經驗紀錄,導致新進人員無法快速掌握既有設計經驗,知識傳承與人員培訓成本因而提高。 在此背景下,本研究旨在建置一個整合且共用的選型資料庫,透過集中化與系統化的管理方式,協助研發人員在短時間內找到所需的參考機種與歷史數據。此舉除了能顯著減少資料搜尋與重複比對的時間,亦能提高資料的一致性與正確性,避免因同類資訊分散而引發不必要的設計錯誤或版本衝突。為確保資訊安全與機密性,本研究建議在新系統中建立多層次的權限管理制度,來降低外洩風險。同時,藉由紀錄與歸納歷屆專案的開發設計經驗,可累積組織內部的智慧資產,使該共用資料庫成為企業在知識管理領域上的核心資源,不僅幫助後續產品開發時的快速參考,也能讓新舊員工在此基礎上進行協同作業與技術傳承。 本研究的主要貢獻,在於針對 T 公司實際需求與限制,提出具體的資料庫架構與規劃建議,包含建置流程、技術選型、權限設定以及維護規範等面向。透過更有效率的資訊整合與共用,可減少產品開發流程中的不必要浪費,進而縮短研發時程並降低開發成本,協助企業在時間與資源有限的情況下,推出更符合市場需求的高品質產品。最終,藉由本研究提出的解決方案,T 公司得以在面對瞬息萬變的市場環境中維持競爭優勢,同時強化顧客滿意度,達到企業永續經營與創新發展的目標。 ;In today’s increasingly competitive global market, companies must continuously improve product development efficiency and quality to remain sustainable and maintain a leading position. This study focuses on Company T, investigating the various challenges it faces in new product development, particularly in the selection of fan models and the design process. Interviews and on-site observations reveal that Company T lacks centralized database management, causing R&D personnel to spend excessive time searching for reference models, design drawings, and relevant technical information. Additionally, insufficient information management mechanisms prevent the company from effectively controlling access to confidential data, increasing potential information security risks. Meanwhile, the lack of systematic knowledge and experience documentation hinders newcomers from quickly acquiring existing design expertise, thereby raising knowledge transfer and training costs. In response, this study aims to establish an integrated, shared database for model selection, employing centralized and systematic management methods to help R&D personnel rapidly locate needed reference models and historical data. This approach not only significantly reduces the time spent on data retrieval and repetitive comparisons but also ensures greater data consistency and accuracy, thereby preventing errors or version conflicts arising from fragmented information. To safeguard information confidentiality, this study recommends implementing a multi-level access control system, which mitigates the risk of data leakage. Furthermore, by recording and compiling past project experiences, the company can accumulate internal knowledge assets, turning the shared database into a core resource for knowledge management. This resource not only supports future product development efforts but also facilitates collaborative work and technical inheritance between new and existing staff. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing a concrete database framework and planning recommendations tailored to Company T’s needs and constraints, including aspects such as system implementation, technology selection, permission settings, and maintenance guidelines. By integrating and sharing information more efficiently, the company can reduce unnecessary waste in the development process, shorten R&D cycles, and lower development costs. This allows Company T to launch high-quality products that meet market demands under limited time and resources. Ultimately, the solutions presented in this study enable Company T to maintain its competitive edge in a rapidly changing market environment, while simultaneously enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sustainable business operations and innovation. |
