    Title: 散熱風扇趨勢與產品迭代關鍵成功因素 之研究─以台資代理商A公司為例

    Abstract: 隨著產業科技的迅速發展與電子產品的普及,運算能力的飛速增長讓電子零件在高負荷運作時所面臨的散熱問題變得日益重要。本研究聚焦於散熱風扇產業的發展與趨勢,進而了解個案公司的經營策略,而後探討個案公司行動方案並歸納出其關鍵成功因素,最後將本研究結論與實務結合,提供建議給個案公司進行參考。
    本研究採用個案研究法,包括次級文獻蒐集與高階主管訪談,而後進行資料分析與推論,透過五力分析解析外部環境的競爭力與S.W.O.T.分析其內部優勢及劣勢、外部機會及威脅,且藉由Weihrich(1982) 提出TOWS策略矩陣之概念,進行策略分析而導出行動方案,並進一步歸納出個案公司的關鍵成功因素。本研究針對個案公司歸納出的關鍵成功因素,包括:一、經營建立市場敏銳度與洞察能力-以利市場推廣;二、建立策略性合作夥伴互助互信-產生共贏,創造延伸價值,提升顧客的黏著度;三、建立多點營業據點-發展多元化供貨通路以符合客戶需求。
    個案公司發展至今日的成果,實屬不易。然而近年來由於市場變化多端,以及產業間競爭激烈,如何擁有持續的競爭優勢,並及早思考永續發展之策略,值得深入探討與研究。本研究針對個案公司提出管理意涵:一、還要更多的銷售據點通路實體通路以及網路銷售宣傳打空戰;二、掌握新科技趨勢,提前導入未來性產品,跟著有潛力的大客戶或是供應商一起成長;三、加強上、下游的合作,策略聯盟;四、持續開發新的多元多樣的產品線;五、進行人才招募與建立人才培養與教育方案。
    ;The study with the rapid advancement of industrial technology and the widespread adoption of electronic products, the soaring growth in computational power has made the issue of heat dissipation in electronic components increasingly critical under high-load operations. This study focuses on the development and trends of the cooling fan industry, aiming to understand the business strategies of the case company, explore its action plans, and summarize key success factors. Finally, the study integrates its conclusions with practical applications, providing recommendations for the case company’s reference.
    This research adopts a case study methodology, including secondary literature collection and interviews with senior executives, followed by data analysis and inference. The study employs Porter’s Five Forces analysis to assess external competitive dynamics and SWOT analysis to examine the company′s internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities, and threats. Additionally, based on Weihrich’s (1982) TOWS strategic matrix concept, strategic analysis is conducted to derive action plans and further summarize the key success factors of the case company. The key success factors identified include:
    1. Developing market sensitivity and insight to facilitate market expansion.
    2. Establishing strategic partnerships built on mutual trust and collaboration to create shared value and enhance customer retention.
    3. Expanding multiple business locations to diversify supply channels and meet customer needs.
    The case company’s journey to its current achievements has not been easy. However, in recent years, due to rapid market changes and intense industry competition, maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage and proactively planning for long-term development strategies have become crucial areas for deeper exploration and research. Based on the findings, this study proposes management implications for the case company, including:
    1. Expanding sales channels through both physical retail locations and online promotions.
    2. Keeping pace with emerging technology trends by proactively introducing forward-looking products and growing alongside promising clients and suppliers.
    3. Strengthening collaboration across upstream and downstream supply chains through strategic alliances.
    4. Continuously developing a diversified product portfolio.
    5. Recruiting talent and establishing structured talent development and education programs.
