    摘要: 隨著全球化進程的加快,設備代理商在面對中國大陸市場的激烈競爭時,如何提升其競爭力與持續競爭優勢成為了研究的重要課題。 本論文以S公司為案例,基於動態能力理論,分析了設備代理商在市場適應性、客戶關係管理、供應鏈協同與優化以及技術創新等方面的戰略實施,探討了其在競爭激烈的市場環境中如何保持持續的競爭力。 通過深入剖析S公司在不確定的市場條件下如何利用過程能力、定位能力和路徑能力三個動態能力維度,本文清晰的展現該公司如何通過靈活的市場進入策略、創新驅動、資源整合及高效的客戶關係管理,增強其市場適應性與長期發展能力。
    研究表明,S公司通過多維度的能力構建,不僅能夠快速響應市場需求,還能在技術創新、品牌建設和供應鏈優化方面保持在行業中擁有良好的聲譽與地位,從而建立了較為獨特的市場競爭優勢。 本研究進一步探討了S公司如何通過精細化管理、持續的創新投資和靈活的戰略調整,在複雜多變的市場中獲得成功,並提供了對設備代理商在中國大陸市場極其競爭激烈環境中的策略建議。
    本研究不僅為設備代理商在中國大陸及其他新興市場的擴展提供了有力的理論支援,也為學術界在動態能力與競爭優勢領域的研究提供了新的視角和實踐指導。
    ;With the acceleration of globalization, the intense competition in the Chinese mainland market has made it a crucial research topic to explore how equipment agents can enhance their competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage. This thesis takes Company S as a case study and, based on the dynamic capabilities theory, analyzes the strategic implementation of equipment agents in terms of market adaptability, customer relationship management, supply chain collaboration and optimization, and technological innovation. It also examines how the company maintains its competitive edge in a fiercely competitive market environment.
    By thoroughly analyzing how Company S leverages the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities—process capabilities, positioning capabilities, and path capabilities—under uncertain market conditions, this study clearly demonstrates how the company enhances its market adaptability and long-term development capabilities through flexible market entry strategies, innovation-driven approaches, resource integration, and efficient customer relationship management.
    The research findings indicate that through multidimensional capability building, Company S is not only able to respond swiftly to market demands but also maintains a reputable position in the industry in terms of technological innovation, brand building, and supply chain optimization, thereby establishing a unique market competitive advantage. This study further explores how Company S achieves success in a complex and ever-changing market through refined management, continuous innovation investment, and flexible strategic adjustments, and provides strategic recommendations for equipment agents operating in the highly competitive environment of the Chinese mainland market.
    This research not only offers strong theoretical support for the expansion of equipment agents in the Chinese mainland and other emerging markets but also provides new perspectives and practical guidance for academic research in the field of dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages.
