本研究聚焦于柔性電路板(FPC)製造產業的典型企業U公司,採取質性研究方法深入探討其物料庫存管理優化路徑對企業競爭力的提升效應。通過採用半結構化訪談的研究設計,系統採集了涵蓋業務規劃、採購執行、物料控制、倉儲管理及生產運營等核心職能部門(受訪者均為主管級及以上管理人員)的實踐經驗資料,並運用主題分析法(Thematic Analysis)提煉出影響庫存優化的關鍵因素。 ;In the increasingly competitive environment of global supply chains, inventory management capability in the Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing industry has become a critical factor determining corporate competitiveness. As an indispensable core component in electronic products, the FPC sector faces unique inventory management challenges: 1. Accelerated iteration of end electronic products impacts demand stability. 2. Lead times for key raw materials like polyimide films and electrolytic copper foils typically span 8-12 weeks, accompanied by severe price fluctuations. 3. High product customization and complex processes result in inventory turnover days significantly exceeding the electronic manufacturing industry average.
Against the backdrop of sustained profit pressure in the FPC industry, inventory optimization has emerged as a strategic imperative for corporate survival. Notably, with explosive growth in emerging markets like 5G and new energy vehicles, FPC manufacturers’ inventory management capabilities will directly determine their ability to capture market opportunities. This study focuses on Company U, a representative FPC manufacturer, employing qualitative research to explore how its material inventory optimization enhances competitiveness. Through semi-structured interviews with managerial-level personnel across core functions—including business planning, procurement, material control, warehousing, and production operations—the research systematically collects practical data. Thematic analysis identifies key factors driving inventory optimization.
