    Abstract: 台灣與中國大陸在半導體產業的文化差異可以從多個角度進行探討。首先,兩地在半導體產業的發展歷史和背景上存在差異。中國大陸的半導體產業在近年來得到了國家的大力支持,特別是在「十四五」規劃和 2035 年遠景目標中,強調了以碳化硅、氮化鎵為代表的第三代半導體新材料新技術產業化進程的加速推動。這表明中國大陸在半導體產業上追求快速發展,並試圖在全球半導體產業中佔據更重要的位置。
    另一方面,台灣地區在半導體產業擁有較早的起步和深厚的技術積累,特別是在晶圓代工、封裝測試等環節具有全球領先地位。台灣地區的半導體產業文化更注重技術精進和產業鏈的完善,強調與全球半導體產業的合作與交流。此外,兩地在企業文化和管理風格上也有所不同。中國大陸的半導體企業可能更傾向於國家戰略指導下的發展模式,而台灣的半導體企業則可能更強調市場導向和靈活的管理機制。在人才培養和技術交流方面,兩地也有不同的重點和方式。中國大陸可能更注重引進國際人才和加強本國人才培養,而台灣地區可能更側重於與國際接軌,通過與全球頂尖科研機構和企業的合作來提升技術水平。
    整體而言,台灣與中國大陸在半導體產業的文化差異體現在發展策略、企業經營、技術發展以及人才培養等多個層面,這些差異不僅受到各自歷史背景和發展階段的影響,也與兩地在全球半導體產業中的定位和目標密切相關。
    ;The cultural differences between Taiwan and China in the semiconductor industry can be explored from multiple angles. There are differences in the development history and background of the semiconductor industry between the two places. Mainland China′s semiconductor industry has received strong support from the state in recent years, especially in the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the 2035 vision, which emphasize the third generation of new semiconductor materials and technologies represented by silicon carbide and gallium nitride. On the other hand, Taiwan has an early start and profound technology accumulation in the semiconductor industry, especially in wafer foundry, packaging and testing, etc. It has a global leading position. The semiconductor industry culture in Taiwan places more emphasis on technological advancement and improvement of the instinctual chain, and emphasize cooperation and exchange with the global semiconductor industry organizations.
    In terms of talent cultivation and technology exchange, the two places also have different priorities and methods, Mainland China may focus more on introducing international talents and strengthening the cultivation of domestic talents, while Taiwan may focus more on integrating with international standards and improving technological levels through cooperation with the world’s top scientific research institutions and enterprises.
    In general, the cultural differences between Taiwan and Mainland China in the semiconductor industry are reflected in development strategies, business operations, technology development, and talent training. These differences are not only affected by their respective historical backgrounds and stages of development, but also are related to the two places. Positioning and goals in the global semiconductor industry are closely related.
