近年來,全球氣候變遷與溫室氣體管理已成為企業永續經營的重要議題,尤其半導體產業因其高耗能特性,更需有效管理溫室氣體排放。本研究以台灣某半導體企業為個案,探討企業導入碳盤查系統的流程與模組化設計效益。研究透過個案分析,闡述碳盤查系統如何透過模組化設計,有效整合企業內部各部門之排放數據,提升盤查效率與數據品質,並滿足日益嚴格的碳管理法規與供應鏈要求。 研究發現,模組化碳盤查系統可大幅降低人力成本、提高資料彙整速度與準確性,並有效協助管理層進行即時決策分析。此外,本研究也指出企業透過系統化的碳排放管理,可提升內部與外部溝通之效益,增進企業整體的競爭力與永續發展能力。 本研究建議未來企業可進一步深化供應鏈碳管理,並持續優化資訊系統架構,以強化企業在氣候變遷議題上的應對能力與策略執行力。;In recent years, climate change and greenhouse gas (GHG) management have become crucial issues for corporate sustainability, particularly in the semiconductor industry due to its energy-intensive nature. This study examines the implementation process and effectiveness of a modular carbon inventory system using a case study of a semiconductor company in Taiwan. Through detailed case analysis, this research demonstrates the practical benefits of adopting a modular approach in the implementation of a corporate carbon inventory system, highlighting its efficiency in integrating emission data across internal departments, reducing manual workload, and significantly improving data accuracy and reporting speed. The modular carbon inventory system not only enables companies to effectively comply with stringent regulatory standards but also enhances management decision-making through timely and accurate carbon data analysis. Furthermore, adopting a systematic carbon management approach improves internal and external communication, which in turn boosts corporate competitiveness and sustainable performance. This study recommends that semiconductor companies should further enhance supply chain carbon management and continuously optimize their information system infrastructure to better respond to climate change challenges and execute strategic sustainability initiatives.
