    摘要: 在前幾年疫情期間偶然發現對甜點產生愛好及共鳴,以DIY 手作的方式吃到自己為自已親手製作的甜點,且透過製作甜點的過程,更能讓親朋好友拉近彼此之間的距離,秉持「歡樂、創意、新鮮」開心地作甜點。
    依據烘焙產業的概況與評估,創業為近年來的熱門選擇之一,由於環境變遷,女性追求經濟自主的意識提高,教育普及化及社會價值觀念的轉變,加上產業結構的改變以及網路時代的崛起,促使女性在照顧家庭之餘力,也能創造出不同的契機,在自我微型創業道路上將自己所學所長發揮淋漓盡致,而當面臨許多挑戰時,亦能夠克服種種困難及考驗,最終闖出屬於自己的一片藍海。
    食品安全問題一直是不可漠視的重要環節,也是長久以來消費者注重的區塊,本研究以手作烘焙天然健康無食品添加劑為研究領域,並以自身創立「一個娃幸福手作工作室,簡稱一個娃」作為研究對象,針對一個娃進行SWOT 分析及商業模式分析以得知一個娃個案之優劣勢。
    研究結果得知,一個娃根據SWOT 分析矩陣內容,瞭解開店營業的經營知識及準備、產品設計與行銷,所存在的優劣勢及機會與威脅等。其次,再針對一個娃現有的商業模式內容進行調整與建議、創新,讓一個娃耳目一新更有競爭力,列出更適合自已的營運方針理念,方能長久永續經營。;During the pandemic a few years ago, I accidentally discovered a passion for desserts and resonated with the process. By making desserts myself, I was able to enjoy the sweet satisfaction of eating something I had crafted with my own hands. The process of making desserts also helped bring me closer to my friends and family. With the principle of
    "happiness, creativity, and freshness," I joyfully created desserts.
    According to the overview and assessment of the baking industry, entrepreneurship has become one of the popular choices in recent years. Due to environmental changes, there has been an increased awareness among women about economic independence, along with the widespread availability of education and a shift in societal values. Additionally, changes in industry structure and the rise of the internet era have created new opportunities for women.While balancing family responsibilities, they are able to explore different possibilities and fully utilize their skills and knowledge in micro-entrepreneurship. When facing various challenges, they are also able to overcome difficulties and trials, ultimately carving out their own blue ocean.
    Food safety has always been a crucial issue that cannot be overlooked, and it has long been an area of concern for consumers. This study focuses on handmade baking that is
    natural, healthy, and free of food additives. It uses my self-established "One Kid Happiness Handmade Studio" (abbreviated as One Kid) as the research subject. A SWOT analysis and business model evaluation were conducted to understand the strengths and weaknesses of
    the One Kid case.
    The research results revealed that, based on the SWOT analysis matrix, One Kid understands the necessary business knowledge and preparation for opening a store, as well
    as product design and marketing, along with its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Furthermore, the existing business model of One Kid was adjusted and innovated, with suggestions provided to make it more competitive and refreshed. New operational guidelines were outlined to better suit the business, ensuring its long-term sustainability
