摘要:	隨著生成式人工智慧（Generative AI, GAI）的迅速發展，GAI資訊系統已成為未來的重要趨勢。然而，傳統的資訊系統評估模型雖然發展成熟，但由於年代久遠，卻難以全面涵蓋GAI的獨特特徵。此外，GAI創造力的真實性以及潛在風險（如資訊洩漏、生成內容抄襲等）仍是學術界與實務界關注的核心議題。為解決上述挑戰，本研究進行問卷調查與線上訪談，結合開發的GAI自動文案生成系統，提出GAI-PAPER（GAI-Performance AI Variables Personnel Evaluation Risk）框架，並依此全面評估GAI系統的效能。研究結果產生以下貢獻： 1. 提出GAI-PAPER框架：提供一套整合性方法，全面評估GAI效能與應用價值。 2. 明確定義GAI創造力：該創造力為能超越使用者期望、結合時事表達原創與新奇概念，填補文獻空白。 3. 驗證風險悖論：即使使用者感知到風險，仍因便利性與效率選擇採用GAI系統，進一步佐證風險悖論的存在。本研究不僅驗證了GAI技術在提升內容生成效率與多樣性方面的潛力，同時進一步提出企業導入GAI系統以實現數位轉型的具體方針，並為後續學者與開發者提供完整的理論框架與實務建議，協助優化GAI技術的應用，推動在不同產業中的創新與發展。;With the rapid development of Generative AI (GAI), GAI information systems have become a significant trend for the future. Although traditional information system evaluation models are well-established, their long-standing nature makes it challenging to effectively assess new technologies like GAI. Additionally, the authenticity of GAI creativity and potential risks (such as information leakage and content plagiarism) remain core concerns for both academia and industry. To address these challenges, this study conducted surveys and online interviews, combined with the development of a GAI automatic copywriting generation system, to propose the GAI-PAPER (GAI-Performance AI Variables Personnel Evaluation Risk) framework, and based on the framework, comprehensively evaluate the performance of GAI systems. The contributions of this study are as follows: 1. Proposing the GAI-PAPER Framework: Providing an integrated approach to comprehensively evaluate the performance and application value of GAI. 2. Defining GAI Creativity: This creativity is defined as the ability to exceed user expectations through originality, produce novel and unexpected concepts, and express ideas in engaging ways by leveraging humor, current events, or emotional appeal, filling a gap in the literature. 3. Validating the Risk Paradox: Despite users perceiving risks, they still choose to adopt GAI systems due to convenience and efficiency, further substantiating the existence of the risk paradox. This study not only verifies the potential of GAI technology in enhancing content generation efficiency and diversity but also proposes specific guidelines for enterprises to implement GAI systems for digital transformation. It provides a comprehensive theoretical framework and practical recommendations for subsequent scholars and developers, assisting in optimizing the application of GAI technology and promoting innovation and development across various industries.
