    摘要: 本研究聚焦於後同婚時代下,台灣非都市地區同志運動的在地化實踐,以桃園、新竹、苗栗三地為研究場域,探討同運行動者如何因應地方文化與族群脈絡推動同志運動。過往研究多集中於都市場域,對非都會區的社會情境著墨有限;另一方面,隨著2019年婚姻平權的通過,同志運動雖取得制度成果,但在地實踐仍面臨地方文化、家庭結構與社會保守性的挑戰,凸顯研究此一場域的重要性。本研究採用深度訪談與田野調查,蒐集桃竹苗三地同運行動者的行動經驗,分析其策略與差異。研究發現,桃園的同志運動展現多元族群交織下的日常實踐,反映多族群城市的包容與挑戰;新竹的行動則深受客家文化影響,行動者透過參與節慶和地方認同策略與在地社群對話;苗栗則以返鄉青年為主體,同時也受政治機會結構影響,運動的興起與停滯皆與政治環境變化緊密連動。這些差異化的經驗顯示,後同婚時代的同志運動已不再能依循單一化的平權論述,而必須回應在地脈絡中不同的文化元素與族群特性。本研究的意義在於呈現非都會地區同志運動的多樣樣貌,並凸顯地方文化與族群認同如何與性別運動交織,形塑出差異化的行動策略。藉由桃竹苗案例,本研究不僅反思後同婚時代同志運動的策略與挑戰,也提供性別平權運動在地化與持續發展的重要啟示。;This study focuses on the localization of LGBTQ+ movements in non-metropolitan areas of Taiwan in the post-marriage-equality era, with Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli serving as the primary research sites. It examines how local activists navigate cultural and ethnic contexts in advancing LGBTQ+ activism. While previous scholarship has largely concentrated on urban movements, research on non-metropolitan contexts remains limited. Moreover, despite the legalization of same-sex marriage in 2019, the implementation of LGBTQ+ activism continues to encounter challenges shaped by local cultures, family structures, and prevailing conservatism—highlighting the significance of investigating this arena.Employing in-depth interviews and fieldwork, this study collects the experiences of activists across the Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli region and analyzes their strategies and variations. The findings indicate that LGBTQ+ activism in Taoyuan is characterized by everyday practices within a multiethnic context, reflecting both inclusivity and challenges in a diverse city. In Hsinchu, activism is deeply influenced by Hakka culture, where activists utilize local festivals and identity-based strategies to engage in dialogue with community members. In Miaoli, activism was led primarily by returning youth and was closely linked to political opportunity structures, with both the emergence and decline of the movement tied to shifts in the political environment.These differentiated experiences suggest that LGBTQ+ movements in the post-marriage-equality era can no longer rely solely on universal “equality” discourses. Instead, they must respond to the distinct cultural and ethnic characteristics embedded within local contexts. The significance of this study lies in presenting the diverse configurations of LGBTQ+ activism in non-metropolitan areas and highlighting how local cultures and ethnic identities intersect with gender movements to shape differentiated strategies of action. Through the case study of Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, this research not only reflects on the strategies and challenges of LGBTQ+ movements in the post-marriage-equality era but also offers critical insights into the localization and sustainable development of gender equality movements in Taiwan.
