    Abstract: 為了解決膠質母細胞瘤治療效益與藥物遞送之瓶頸,團隊設計可通過血腦屏障與正向調節免疫微環境之IONPs@CG奈米粒子。預期將透過此奈米粒子結合磁導引光熱治療,有效標的腫瘤並逆轉腫瘤免疫負調節之缺陷,最終達到輔助免疫治療於膠質母細胞瘤之應用突破。除奈米粒子的應用外,亦期望能使臨床上已執行之免疫治療更為有效。在眾多癌症種類中,膠質母細胞瘤一直是治療突破十分有限的類別,希望此研究能成為極惡性的膠質母細胞瘤患者治療的一線曙光。
