Abstract:	本計畫將嘗試理解如何以各種的軟性鈣鈦礦薄膜製作高響應速度的光偵測器、高效率的鈣鈦礦太陽能電池、高調制深度的非線性光波導元件及高品質的飽和吸收體。光偵測測、太陽能電池、波導元件及脈衝雷射系統的基礎研究，有助於各式光電元件的發展，朝向產能及節能的方向邁進。
